In order to be considered at the meeting on 7 July, fully completed applications will need to have been received by the Town Council (accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s most recent accounts) either electronically via email to clerk@stonetowncouncil.gov.uk or in hard copy to the Council’s offices at 15 Station Road, Stone, ST15 8JP, no later than Wednesday 17 June 2026.

The electronic application forms, available in Word or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats, can be requested by email or downloaded from the Council’s website at www.stonetowncouncil.gov.uk and What We Do – Grants

The application form includes information about the eligibility criteria.

Hard copy forms are also available upon request and when returned via post or hand delivered to the post box at the front of the building, should be followed up with a telephone call or email to confirm submission.
