A meeting of the MAYOR’S CHARITY SUB COMMITTEE will be held in the Council Chamber at 15 Station Road, Stone, on TUESDAY 2 JUNE 2026 at 7:15pm, or on the rising of the Environment Sub-Committee, if later.

To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Mayor’s Charity Sub Committee held on 15 July 2025, Minute Numbers: MC26/001 – MC26/006 (attached).
6. Mayor 2025-26
To report the final amounts donated to the Mayor’s charities.
7. Mayor 2026-27
To confirm the charity/charities for the year.
