Observations: The Town Council raises objections to this planning application due to concerns about over development of the plot, and the impact the proposed development will have on surrounding residents and their homes. The Town Council asks that the local planning authority consider in detail the representations made by the owner of Brooms Park and the observations of the County Council’s Highways Department.
