6. To receive the draft minutes and decisions of the under mentioned Committees:
a) Planning Consultative Committee meeting held on 17 February 2026, Minute Numbers PC26/049 – PC26/054 (attached).
7. To receive the forthcoming Civic Announcements (attached).
8. To receive the Town Mayor’s and Deputy Town Mayor’s Reports of Engagements (attached).
